Nintendo Switch 2: Next-gen will be more powerful than expected

We’ve been hearing about the next-gen Nintendo Switch for a few years now, and for good reason. Several reports from Bloomberg had revealed the availability of 4K development kits for a new Switch Pro, but another report from the Digital Foundry announced that Nintendo was finally giving up on the project, i.e. delaying its release for several years.

However, Nvidia has already officially confirmed it. running on a new and more powerful Tegra 239 chipand everything seemed to be destined to be the new Switch. However, by delaying the release of its console, Nintendo would have made a decision that would probably be well received by gamers: equipping its next console with a much more powerful chip than originally planned.
