Again, this is more likely to become more plausible once the initial sales have disappeared – but this is purely speculative, taken, of course, by looking at past commercial practices of comparable games. It’s entirely possible that it’s never on Game Pass, or that it’s open within a month (Game Pass has a habit of adding and removing games frequently with little warning).
