Sharing a calendar that syncs with an iPhone can be an extremely useful tool. Many users’ main iPhone calendar is stored on their iPhone or other Apple device and cannot be shared with friends, family, or coworkers.
Using iCloud, you can set events to always be viewable for people who need to see them. This is a much better solution than a family trying to use the same Apple ID to keep track of their calendar, or friends letting others log into their accounts to see what’s on their calendars.
go www.icloud.com on a PC or Mac.

Select the calendar you want to share by clicking the icon to the right of the calendar.

Type and select the person you want to share the calendar with
Make sure this person’s email address is the one they use with their Apple ID or calendar sharing will not work.
This process can be repeated with all the people you want to have access to the calendar.
Once the contact is added, you have several options for what they can do with the calendar. The person can View and Edit the calendar by selecting the dropdown box or View only depending on what the user wants. It can be helpful for a team to have everyone edit the calendar, but for sharing a family calendar, the view-only option may be best so events cannot be accidentally changed.
There is also an option to remove the contact for any contact that the user no longer wants to share the calendar with.
When the calendar is successfully shared, the circle to the left of the calendar turns green.
The person you want to share the calendar with will have an invitation in the calendar app as shown above. The user simply taps to accept the invitation.
When this is done, the shared calendar appears under iCloud along with the user’s other calendars.
A notification will also be sent to the owner of the calendar that the contact has joined, and simply tap to close the calendar.
