Dendro Hypostasis is located in the Great Red Sand desert region, the western part of Sumeru. When you unlock this area, you will see a location marker south of Dar al-Shifa. Although the location of Dendro Hypostasis appears to be above ground, it is actually inside a cave. Also, do not try to reach through the Dar al-Shifa tunnels, as the caves are not connected.

To find Dendro Hypostasis, start at the nearby Teleport Waypoint to the west of the marker. Walk south and look down: under the cliffs there is a path leading to a tunnel on your left.
