At CES 2016, Brydge finally spilled beans on the iPad Pro keyboard it announced in December. The amazing BrydgePro is available for immediate purchase and instantly becomes a target for those who want to bridge the iPad to MacBook.
BrydgePro for iPad Pro is a premium aluminum Bluetooth keyboard that brings the company’s Macbook-style keyboard to Apple’s new 12-inch iPad. The new accessory features a multi-angle hinge, Bluetooth 4, backlit keys, three months of rechargeable battery life, and a size similar to Apple’s iconic MacBook keyboard.
The keyboard isn’t light and checks out at 1.6 pounds. As the company states, this one is lighter than a MacBook Air.
BrydgePro is currently only available for pre-order. Brydge charges $190 for BrydgePro for iPad Pro. To make up for the BrydgePro’s April release date, the company is giving away a free Leather Carrying Case. The case normally costs $99.
