Don’t Install macOS High Sierra Unless You Like Issues

Apple released iOS 11, iOS 11.0.1, and macOS High Sierra in September, bringing new features to your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It’s also quite possible that all these free updates are annoying you, preventing you from doing your job, and messing up the things you use every day.

While we haven’t yet seen a bricked iPhone or Mac from iOS 11 or macOS High Sierra, we lost a lot of productivity last week dealing with bugs, issues, and other issues that were frustrating for a tech pro, and probably too aggravating for a regular user.

Do you like problems and getting angry? so install macOS High Sierra today.

These include terrible battery life, incredibly poor iOS 11 performance on an iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11, Apple HomeKit that randomly decided to turn on all the lights in our house for 15 minutes, and most recently, the 2016 MacBook Pro, unable to render web pages properly. external displays are showing nothing but gray screen on laptop without proper or even three reboots. Our Apple TV even decides that tvOS 11 is a good excuse to crash and needs a reboot.

After three months and countless betas, you’d expect a mostly working system, but this time Apple’s iOS and macOS updates bring a lot of trouble. There’s no need for a macOS High Sierra review when the most basic things like showing content on a screen aren’t reliably accounted for.

Even if the new macOS High Sierra features get you excited, there are too many issues in this release series to recommend that the average user upgrade to any of these services until Apple fixes these issues.

Until Apple fixes this, if you want a reliable computing system, you can switch from macOS High Sierra to macOS Sierra, but you’d better not upgrade to macOS High Sierra.
