Messages in iOS 16 lets you edit the text of your chats
In reality, very few messaging apps today offer the ability to organize someone’s discussions. WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram… None of these super popular tools allow it. So yes, there is Skype but the famous Microsoft app is now completely ruined…
But now comes iOS 16 and with it a new version of Messages. Apple’s app will thus offer users the following three features:

- possibility of delete a message after sending
- possibility of mark a message as “unread”to consult later
A posteriori is enough to organize messages that are sent very quickly and to prevent order calls due to misunderstandings or an error being overlooked.
These are not the only innovations of Messages. Now the keyboard stays open on the screen when you dictate a message. It also supports emoji detection while the user is dictating his message. Finally, the last little news: a new button allows you to view the SMS while chatting with your interlocutor.
All these new features are already available for developers. The public beta of iOS 16 will be available next month.
