The macOS Mojave release date is September 24. While not confirmed yet, you can expect it to arrive at 10:00 AM Pacific, 1:00 PM East.
Apple has announced a number of features that work alongside the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so it makes sense to see the macOS 10.14 release date closer to the iOS 12 release date, September 17.
macOS Mojave Compatibility
The new macOS 10.14 update is coming to a wide range of Apple computers. The update will work on Macs released in mid-2012 or later, as well as 2010 and 2012 Mac Pro models with recommended Metal-capable graphics cards. This isn’t a big surprise, but it’s good news for users who want new features before they upgrade to new hardware.
If you have macOS Sierra or macOS High Sierra on your computer, you can install the new Mojave update this fall as a free upgrade to your computer. Note that not all features are available on older devices. Processing power and connectivity is what is missing on older devices.
