Warzone Juggernaut returns to Rebirth Island 1

Warzone Juggernaut returns to Rebirth Island

Warzone Juggernaut is an element of the online shooter that regularly splits opinions among players, with many claiming it’s too powerful to be deployed fairly in Call of Duty Warzone. With the latest Season Two Reloaded update, it’s now possible to meet the Warzone Juggernaut on Rebirth Island, fueling the debate over whether there’s room for this monstrous team in the game once again. Other changes have seen Warzone Key Cards from Rebirth Island and Warzone Armaguerra 43, a new SMG to unlock.

Whatever your opinion on the changes, if you’re wondering how to get Juggernaut into Warzone or looking for ways to deal with an opponent using it, we’re here to help.

How to get Warzone Juggernaut on Rebirth Island

Unlike previous iterations that required a specific kill streak or similar to unlock, the only way to get Warzone Juggernaut to Rebirth Island is through a random drop that can occur in any game mode. As this is about to happen, the message ‘Juggernaut Armor Drops Incoming’ will appear on the screen, and then several landing zones will be labeled on the map. According to the patch notes these events are ‘very rare’ so make sure you’re prepared to target one of these drop zones during your match. Follow the ‘Equip Juggernaut gear’ warning by interacting with the dropped pack, then you’ll craft the awesome armor and minigun combo.

How to kill Warzone Juggernaut

If one of your opponents takes over the Warzone Juggernaut, unfortunately that’s very bad news for you. Not only do these incredibly powerful miniguns still move pretty fast and tear apart enemies in seconds, but Rebirth Island is much more compact than previous settings, making it harder to erode the Juggernaut’s armor from a safe(r) distance. The best thing to do is to throw away any launchers and kill streaks you have in Juggernaut, stay as stealthy as possible so you don’t get rinsed and if you’re on a team, attack from multiple sides at once.

It’s possible that Warzone Juggernaut in Rebirth Island will be nerfed or completely removed by a future patch, especially given the negative reactions to its return from players. For now, you’ll have to at least try to do your best with the threat and make sure that Juggernaut Armor Drops spawns are blissfully rare.
