In a few minutes, all your relevant data such as contacts, messages, calendars, photos and videos will start to be copied from Android to iOS. Move to iOS app uses a secure private Wi-Fi network to transfer.

Add Gmail and Outlook Account on iPhone
With iOS, you can integrate email accounts such as Yahoo, Outlook, iCloud, Microsoft Exchange and more directly into the Apple ecosystem. Apple provides a central place to add, manage and delete all email ids. Follow the steps below to add Gmail and Outlook account to iPhone and sync contacts.
Stage 1: Open the Settings app on iPhone.
Step 2: Go to Passwords & Account.
Stage 3: Select Add account and sign in using Google and Microsoft account credentials.
Step 4: Open the Gmail menu; You will see Mail, Contacts, Calendar and Notes to sync with iPhone. Enable Contacts to sync Gmail contacts to iPhone.
Step 5: Go back to the All accounts menu and go to the Outlook tab. Enable contacts for Outlook as well.

Use Super Backup App on Android
The Google Play Store is full of dozens of contact and message backup solutions. Among them, Super Backup App is one of the best I’ve seen.
Note: Super Backup or any other application usually accesses your backup data. There is no guarantee that any of these apps offer perfect security to transfer your data. So use them at your own discretion.
First of all, you need to download the Super Backup application from the Play Store. Open the app and it will suggest you to backup Apps, SMS, Contacts, Call Logs, Calendars, Call Logs and Picture.
Go to the Contacts tab and use the Backup All option. The application will start creating a .vcf file with all the contacts. After successful file creation, share the file to iPhone using Bluetooth or Email.
Go to iPhone and open the .vcf file, it will import all the contacts.
Change Default Contact Account on iPhone
Now that you have transferred all contacts from Android to iPhone, it’s time to take advantage of iCloud integration on iPhone. First, you need to change the default contact location on iPhone from Gmail to iCloud.
On iPhone, open Settings app and go to Contacts > Default Account > change to iCloud.
From the same screen, you can import SIM contacts using the option below. It will ask for the location to export the contacts.
From now on, every time you add a new contact to the device, it will be saved on the iCloud platform.
Backup Contacts to iCloud
You have transferred all contacts from Android to iPhone. Now it’s time to back them up using the iCloud platform. The app makes it easy for you to restore contacts from iPhone backup.
Apple provides solid backup and restore functionality when switching from one iPhone to another (iOS is a familiar thing compared to Google’s messy solution). It is very important to back up necessary data to iCloud for a smooth transfer.
You need to go to Settings > Profile > iCloud and turn on backup for contacts, messages, calendars and more.
