Collecting GTA Online media sticks is a small, optional task you can complete while in Los Santos, but doing so will earn you new tracks for your media player in GTA Online. These collections were initially introduced with the Los Santos Tuners update, but a few more were added later as part of the GTA Online The Contract update. The first tracks came from a collaboration between Rockstar Games and club culture legends CircoLoco, and mixes from Moodyman, NEZ, and Dr Dre have also been added, including a special continuous DJ mix of the full compilation if you’ve found all their USBs. GTA Online media bars locations
There are eight GTA Online media bars in total that you can find, and their locations are tied to specific properties around San Andreas. The Casino, LS Car Meet, Franklin’s House, and Record A Studios are always in the same location, but the Arcade, Nightclub, and your Agent’s site will depend entirely on the eligible properties you purchase for these businesses. If you don’t already own an Arcade or Nightclub, it’s possible to collect the GTA Online media bars inside by visiting someone else’s property, but if that doesn’t work, you’ll have to invest, unfortunately. it’s your job to get hold of the tunes.
Below we have specific GTA Online media bars locations that can be collected in any order, and these are the mixes you’ll unlock:

GTA Online media bars location – Casino Roof Terrace
Take the elevator up from the casino lobby to the rooftop deck or use the rooftop door to your attic, then look at one of the tables near the hot tubs near the elevator to find one of the GTA Online media bars. If you take the elevator to the Rooftop with the helipad, you have to go down the stairs to reach the lower Roof Terrace floor.
GTA Online media bars location – Arcade Bar
Enter your arcade property, then visit the bar and check out the counter next to a few empty glasses for another of the GTA Online media bars.
GTA Online media bars location – Nightclub Office Desk
Go to your Nightclub property, then go to the private office and check if there is another one of the GTA Online media bars on the main desk.
GTA Online media bars location – LS Car Meet Mod Shop
Take a walk to the Mod Shop area at the far end of the LS Car Meet, then look for the latest EP GTA Online media bars above the red tool car.
GTA Online media shows location – LS Car Meet Moodyman’s Car
Search around the LS Car Meet for Moodyman’s white Gauntlet Hellfire, which can spawn in various random locations, then look in the open trunk for this additional entry in the GTA Online media bars.
GTA Online media showing location – Franklin’s House Backyard
3671 Whispymound Drive is better known for Franklin Clinton’s safe house or, more recently, for The Clinton’s now Franklin settled in Tanisha and started a family there. Head out to the backyard and check out the dining table next to the poolside deck barbecue for one of the NEZ GTA Online media bars.
GTA Online media bars location – Record A Studios Roof Terrace
You won’t be able to officially access GTA Online Record A Studios, including the rooftop terrace, without completing all the Dr Dre VIP missions for The Contract. However, you can get there anytime by landing a helicopter, then look at the end of the stick in the corner to find another of the NEZ GTA Online media sticks.
GTA Online media bars location – Agency Desk
When you complete the Don’t Fuck With Dre VIP quest to finish The Contract story, a special Dr Dre entry will appear in the GTA Online media bars on your desk inside the Agency.
As soon as you start to find the media bars, you can use them with the new GTA Online Media Player function, which is located in the cars next to the radio stations. First open the Interaction Menu and select Inventory, then highlight Media Player and swipe left or right to scroll through the available mixes you’ve unlocked. Once you’ve made your decision, open the radio station cog, then select Media Player (the play button icon to the left of the radio off option) and you can start listening to your desired mix.
