You Can Downgrade From iOS 15 Beta
If you can’t stand the performance of the iOS 15 beta on your iPhone, you can revert to iOS 14.
Apple is currently signing on iOS 14.7. Unfortunately, the company has stopped signing in iOS 14.7 and older iOS versions; that means you cannot rollback your iPhone to firmware older than iOS 14.7.

Apple will periodically release new versions of iOS 15 beta. The new iOS 15 betas will bring bug fixes, but they will also bring their own issues.
The company usually releases new beta software biweekly, and then every week as we get closer to Gold Master and the final release in the fall. New betas are usually released around 10:00 pm Pacific time.
The final version of iOS 15 will arrive in September after the company has confirmed the 2021 iPhones. We don’t have a launch date yet, but we expect a release in mid to late September.
