For a few iPhone users, only the accept and reject buttons appear with no caller information displayed. Some even have the misfortune of not waking up the iPhone screen when the phone rings.

2. Check Phone App Notification Settings

For this, follow these steps:

Stage 1: Open Settings on your iPhone and go to Notifications.

step 2: Tap on Phone. Enable the toggle for Allow notifications. If it is already enabled, turn it off and enable it again. Also, enable Banners under Alerts.

3. Check Incoming Calls Setting

Apple introduced the much anticipated feature of the busy call screen with iOS 14. Previously, when you received a call, it would take up the entire screen, taking you away from the app you were using. With iOS 14, you can enable Banner style notification where the incoming call will appear as a notification banner like any other notification when unlocked.

So if you want incoming calls to show in full screen, you need to turn off Banner display style. To do this, visit Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls. Select full screen. If Fullscreen is already selected, select Banner and then select Fullscreen again. Restart the phone.
